Launch of new Internet Banking on 14 August 2016



MCB will launch its all-new Internet Banking service on 14th August 2016.

Based on a fresh design, the new platform aims to enhance customers’ online experience by enabling them to: 

  • View all their accounts at a glance on a new dashboard
  • Find what they want quickly with a new menu bar
  • Transact more rapidly and with complete peace of mind thanks to a simpler navigation and a secured environment

Password change

Users will be prompted to change their passwords at first login on the new platform. 

Temporary downtime

To enable the switch to the new platform, MCB Internet Banking will be temporarily unavailable from 11 p.m. on 13th August 2016 to 5 a.m. on 14th August 2016.
